Politique de remboursement

We are a US based small business.  Shipping outside of the US may require additional duty and/or import taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.  Customers outside of the US take responsibility for shipping risk.

All of our products are examined for quality at the time of production and again before shipping.  Please review size charts to ensure you have the best fit prior to ordering.  If you are unsure of the color, we will gladly send you fabric samples prior to your purchase.  If you have any questions about our products, please reach out.  We are here to help.  We want you to be happy with your choices.

If items arrive defective or damaged by the carrier, please send in photos and a description of the damage immediately so we can address with the carrier. 

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or your item appears to be defective, email Westcreekcraftsman@gmail.com immediately so we may address the issue. This will begin the exchange/return process. 

In order to be approved, exchanges or returns must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of the arrival of your order.  Items must be in original, unused/unworn, condition to be accepted.   All items must be returned to West Creek Craftsman within fourteen (14) days from the approval date to be eligible for exchange or return. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unauthorized returned packages will be refused and marked “return to sender” with no refund.

Once West Creek Craftsman has received the item, we will examine and approve for refund or replacement.  If West Creek Craftsman is at fault for the return, we will refund the original purchase and shipping amount or replace the item at no additional shipping cost to the Customer.  Returns for color or size issues are only eligible for exchanges, not refunds. 

Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated within 12 hours of your purchase.  Once your item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
